How this works, precisely
Entries live in this page's memory only. Nothing is transmitted, nothing is written to disk, and closing or reloading the tab clears everything. Use Export to keep a copy under your own control. If your device may be monitored, consider whether writing anything down is safe for you right now.
What a journal is for
Noticing is not diagnosing
A pattern journal exists so that you hold your own record, in your own words, at your own pace. It can help you notice that certain situations reliably precede certain responses. That observation belongs to you.
It is not an assessment. It cannot tell you what happened to you, name a condition, or identify a hidden memory - and anyone offering to do that from notes like these is not working from established evidence. If a pattern feels worth understanding further, it may be worth discussing with a qualified clinician you choose.

Afterwards
Close the tab and it is gone. That is the feature.
Nothing you wrote here was stored, sent, scored, or read. If you want to keep it, export it to a place you control. If you do not, leaving is enough.
