Eighteen primitives, twenty-eight weighted relations

Select a node to isolate its relations. Drag to rearrange. Dashed edges are weakly evidenced and are drawn differently on purpose - the visual weight of a line is a claim about evidence, so it has to be honest.

Why an ontology at all

Same primitives, many domains

Trafficking, domestic violence, high-control groups, gang recruitment, radicalization, online exploitation, and scam compounds are usually studied separately and staffed separately. They share mechanics: isolation, dependency, intermittent reinforcement, manufactured obligation, and threat.

Naming those mechanics once, with evidence weights attached, is what makes cross-domain search possible - and what makes it safe. The graph reports that two situations share a mechanism. It never concludes that they share a cause, and it never scores a person.

Preferred language: "these events appear associated." Never: "this word activates your programming."

Contradictions are retained When records conflict, the conflict stays in the graph as an edge rather than being resolved by preference. A graph that only contains agreement is a graph that has been edited.
Brass pins pushed into a dark board with fine thread strung between them in an irregular lattice, lit at a raking angle.
Nodes are mechanisms and edges carry evidence weight. Nothing here is pinned to a person, and no thread in this lattice is a name. Generated still
