Uncertainty taxonomy
Four statuses, no fifth option
There is deliberately no "likely" or "probable" tier. Confidence language is where research becomes folklore, so the schema refuses to provide it.
DOCUMENTED
Supported by primary records or official hearing testimony. Stated as fact with the source attached.
DOCUMENTED PRINCIPLE
A well-established general principle rather than a single-document fact. Implemented as a product constraint.
UNKNOWN / NOT ESTABLISHED
No reliable evidence identified either way. Carried as an open hypothesis, never asserted.
CONTRADICTED / NOT ESTABLISHED
Contradicted by clinical evidence or unsupported by any accepted evidence. Hard prohibition.

The highest-risk claim in the set
"A universal master unlock code existed" is rated Very High risk if misstated, because asserting it invites unqualified people to attempt coercive states on vulnerable people. It stays in the matrix precisely so it can be labelled rather than quietly omitted.
